Shipping Policy
- All alcohol sales are final. Please contact sales@Vistawinespirits.com or 619-614-7953 if you have any questions or concerns.
- You must be 21 or older to purchase alcoholic spirits.
- Orders are typically fulfilled within 7 days. During holiday periods, fulfillment may take up to 10 days.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- An adult, 21 or over, must be present to sign for your order when delivered. Delivery may be attempted three times. If the package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, re-shipping may incur an additional fee.
- Orders may not be shipped to PO boxes, ship centers or outside of the United States (at this time).
- Presently, we are not able to ship to SD and UT.
- Bushwood Spirits is not liable for any packages that have been stolen.
Purchase of Alcoholic Beverages
- By ordering with Bushwood Spirits, you consent that you are at least 21 years old and to pay Bushwood Spirits the full amount of the order.
- You acknowledge that all items purchased on this site are for personal consumption and not for resale.
- The customer understands and accepts full liability for knowing and complying with local and State laws.
Deliveries
- If an order is returned to the shipper due to refusal of delivery or failure to accept delivery for any reason, the customer is liable for all shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for any new shipping charges.
- Bottle packaging is dependent on supply and not guaranteed. Photographs of the listed item are not guaranteed to match the delivered product. In the case of a cosmetic defect, please contact sales@vistawinespirits.com.
- Bushwood Spirits is not liable for any packages that are stolen. All orders deemed “delivered” by the designated shipper will not be reshipped or refunded.
- If an item has been broken or damaged during shipping/upon delivery, please
email photos of the damaged product to sales@vistawinespirits.com.
